Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?
Yes. WRAPT provides local pick-up and delivery throughout NYC.
Can you deliver directly to the gift recipient?
Yes. With your permission, we can deliver the finished gift directly.
Is on-site wrapping available for events?
Yes. WRAPT offers on-location services.
Pricing & Payment
How is your pricing structured?
Pricing is based on size—Petite, Studio, Atelier, Masterpiece.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards and electronic payments.
Do you require a deposit?
For large-scale or customized projects, a 50% deposit is required.
Returns or Cancellations
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for completed work.
